This Earth Toned Wedding Design Hit The Spot In This DTLA Greenhouse

Hey friends! I’m so excited to share this earth toned DTLA wedding with you all because it’s a stunner! Our couple, Alexandra + Alex, hit some of our favorite DTLA spots. First, they got ready at Hotel Figueroa, including taking their first look photos there. Then they moved to one of our favorite venues, Valentine, for their ceremony and reception. (You have probably pinned photos of the famous pink keyhole doorway; this is the spot!) We’ve had the pleasure of planning a reception at Valentine, but it was so much fun to do an entire wedding event here!
One of the reasons why I love Valentine, (truly all the venues connected to Marvimon), is because the architecture is so unique, while also allowing couples to customize the space to make it their own. For Alexandra + Alex, using bold, earthy colors, such as brick red, terracotta + honey yellow made a statement throughout their wedding. It was a natural fit being surrounded by all the greenery. I especially love the ceremony arch design by forging florals and using long hanging gauze drapery. We capped the design off with mixed neutral vases, red napkins and amber tinted glasses at the reception tables.
Congrats A+A on your beautiful wedding day! If you love DTLA as much as we do, be sure to check out our favorite places to say “I Do” in this blog post! And if you’re ready to tour some of these spots, contact us on our homepage here + let’s get started!
