I’m Kari, a Los Angeles wedding planner and the founder of Feathered Arrow Studio. Over the past 11+ years, I’ve designed and executed more than 175 weddings throughout Southern California, helping couples create celebrations that feel deeply personal, welcoming, and beautifully considered.
My approach blends thoughtful design with genuine hospitality. While beautiful details matter, I believe the most memorable weddings are the ones where guests feel taken care of and the couple feels fully present in the moment. Every celebration we create begins with your story and unfolds with intention, from the overall vision down to the smallest details.
Planning a wedding comes with a lot of questions, from building the right vendor team to creating a timeline that actually works. My role is to guide you through the process with experience, clarity, and a calm presence so you can focus on enjoying your engagement while we bring the celebration to life.
Not every couple needs full-service planning, which is why I also offer wedding consults and planning guides for couples navigating the process on their own. I’m also the co-host of Just Another Biz Podcast, where we have honest conversations about the wedding industry with fellow creatives behind the scenes.

I love helping couples create celebrations that feel intentional, welcoming, and genuinely fun to be part of. Wedding planning can come with a lot of moving pieces (and occasionally a little family drama), which is where I come in. I’m known for bringing a calm presence to the process, whether that means building the right vendor team, managing timelines behind the scenes, or gently running interference when needed.
After more than 11 years in the industry, I’ve learned that the best weddings are the ones where everything flows naturally and couples feel completely supported throughout the process. From design and logistics to guest experience and hospitality, I’m there to make sure every detail works together so you can truly enjoy the celebration you’ve been planning.
Outside of weddings, I’m a lifelong Grey’s Anatomy fan (fully committed until the final episode), a latte-in-the-morning person, unapologetically Christmas obsessed, a wife, a mama, and someone who can almost always be won over with a good donut and sushi.
