This Jewel Toned Wedding Also Features A Co-Ed Wedding Party
Welcome back friends! This past year we were so excited to explore more amazing wedding venues around sunny California. For example, Jess lead this lovely jewel toned wedding in Orange County. With deep navy blues mixed with luxurious burgundy hues, these colors really enriched the lush greenery surrounding Dove Canyon Golf Club. Add in the natural wood tones of the club house (that was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright), we knew it would be a stunning place for Talisa + Chris to tie the knot.
Re-defining the Wedding Party
Changes in traditional wedding parties is one of the most notable shifts I’ve seen in couples from years past. While the typical “bridesmaid” + “groomsmen” roles are still prominent, more and more couples are choosing to break the mold. For example, I love that Talisa + Chris opted for a co-ed wedding party so they could include some extremely special people! There is absolutely no rule that says you have to only have “bridesmaids” or “groomsmen”. (For another co-ed wedding party, check out this wedding!) Other trends I have noticed are couples choosing for micro wedding parties, or forgoing a wedding party all together! No matter what you decide, the most important part is to not feel pressured by what you think you’re “supposed” to do. It’s YOUR wedding day!
A huge congrats to Talisa + Chris on your beautiful day! If you’re ready to make your wedding dreams a reality, contact me on my homepage here. Let’s do this, friends!
