A Colorful, Bright + Energetic Wedding in Malibu

Welcome back, friends! Earlier, we shared the country themed welcome party for our couple, Sarah + Robert. So now I’d love to show you their colorful wedding at the same venue, Calamigos Ranch. In order to complement their welcome party, the wedding signage donned more lyrics from country songs. My favorite is the giant George Strait seating chart with olive oil favors for guests. However, Sarah + Robert wanted the main focus of their wedding day to be bright + energetic. Therefore, we ensured every detail from the ceremony, outfits, cake, and table settings were vibrant. The yellow, pinks, orange, purples and reds really popped against the greenery surrounding Malibu. Immediately upon walking to the ceremony space, the colors gave guests the happiest vibes! (It’s no secret we love brightly colored Malibu weddings!)

Creating A Cohesive Celebration

This is a great example of how to use similar elements throughout your different wedding events to make them all feel cohesive! Because planning a wedding often means planning more than just the big day. There’s also a wedding shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, etc to name a few. Using familiar colors or themes can help build the excitement for guests leading up to your wedding day. Also, friendly reminder, you can (and should) always add your own personality to these celebrations!
