TO the Feathered Arrow blog. I'M Kari! A WEDDING PLANNER, PODCAST HOST, BIZ EDUCATOR, AND A LOVER OF COFFEE, ALL THINGS OUTDOORS + A SUCKER FOR A GOOD LOVE STORY.
I’m so thrilled to be sharing this beautiful Calamigos Ranch wedding because you can tell just by the pictures how completely in love Chloe + Trent are, not only to each other, but to their shared faith. When I first took on Chloe + Trent as clients, I actually only met with Chloe’s sister (and maid of honor), Cara. Chloe + Trent aren’t local to LA, so they decided on Calamigos Ranch for their venue (and we all know how much I love Calamigos!) and let their family plan the rest. It was so fun working with their family because it felt almost like a big surprise party for Chloe + Trent. When Chloe arrived at Calamigos Ranch and finally saw all of her family’s hard work, it was truly beautiful to see how much she appreciated everything.
There were so many emotional and inspiring moments during this wedding. Let me tell you, there was not a dry eye in the house! Trent + Chloe were embraced practically the entire time. Another moment I loved was organized by the mother of the bride as a complete surprise to Chloe + Trent. Underneath the seats of the mother of the bride and mother of the groom, we placed boxes with live butterflies. After they exchanged vows, the moms opened the boxes and released the butterflies as a symbol of the new chapter in Chloe + Trent’s life. It was such a fun moment and really impactful to both Chloe and Trent.
Congrats Chloe + Trent on your new journey as husband and wife and a special shout out to all the family who help make wedding days possible!
