A Rustic Wedding That Radiates Love
Liz + Tyler are two of the chilliest people I have ever had the pleasure to work with! When we met, they made it clear for their big day, they didn’t want a hectic, stressful day filled with a strict timeline and over-the-top details. They just wanted a beautiful wedding that celebrated their love and for their guests to have a fun! What can be better than that? To help keep the day stress free, we kept the overall design simple and let the venue speak for itself! To give everything a rustic wedding feel, we used burlap, mason jars and wood elements, and then we added a splash of blue to break up the muted tones. Sometimes, simplicity is best!
One of my favorite pieces of this wedding was the guest favor was also the seating chart! We had a long table of rolled blankets each with a guest name and their table listed with a sweet note from the couple. It was such a clever idea to keep guests warm in March when the temps dropped and also let guests know where to sit. In addition, I also love that they included blue organza bags filled with five sugared almonds. The number 5 represents a strong bond and the sugar is a wish for a sweet life together as a new couple! Such a cute tradition!
Congrats again Liz + Tyler and to your new little one on the way! It’s so fun to see life stages of my clients over the years. Here’s to a lifetime of love and growing a family!
